Gets the instance ID string.
The instance ID is a string containing a unique name that identifies a particular instance of an application. Instance IDs are a maximum of 16 characters in length. The instance ID is initialised to the value "default", but this must be changed in xPLHal before the application can leave config mode. - Returns:
- A string containing the instance ID.
